The U.S. customers who choose Reg.Mail shipping method are not able to obtain tracking and delivery information for inbound registered items on tracking services from such countries as India and Hong Kong due to the rules of the United States Postal Service. Please, contact your local Post Office or visit https://www.usps.com/ for more information on the current issue. If you are not a U.S. customer or your package is coming from a different country, please, note that the information will be available when your package reaches the destination country.
