In any of those cases feel free to contact our Customer Support team via Contact Us form or by phone and inform us about the problem. We will either reship the order or issue a refund.
Q: How much will I have to pay if you reship my order?
If you paid for delivery insurance (you can choose it in the Cart or Checkout Page) and/or Tracking information does not match the Shipping Address we will reship the product without any additional charge.
